Returns & Exchanges Policy

Every item is made to order especially for you. As a small independent business, this helps us reduce waste and produce garments responsibly, rather than holding large amounts of stock.

Because of this, we kindly ask that you choose carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from receiving your order to contact us if you wish to request an exchange.

  • Sale or discounted items are non returnable
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • In its original condition
    • With all tags attached
    • In its original packaging
    • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

As all of our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for unwanted items, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Where an item is unsuitable, we will be happy to offer an exchange or store credit, subject to the conditions above.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at dreadyoriginal@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where applicable.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or we have made an error, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange or a full refund where applicable.

How to Request an Exchange

Please note that items returned without first contacting us and receiving approval cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds on:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Premium T-shirts
  • Embroidered products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items (exchange only within 14 days where eligible)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

As a made-to-order business, we do not offer refunds for unwanted items or incorrect sizing.

Refunds are only issued where:

  • An item is confirmed to be faulty.
  • We have supplied the wrong item.
  • We are unable to provide a suitable replacement or resolution.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
